Fair refunds and clear cancellation terms

We balance fairness to our players with protection of our tour commitments. Here's how our refund and cancellation policy works.

All deposits are non-refundable

When you book a Pro Racket Tours retreat, your deposit secures your place on the tour and covers our operational costs. This non-refundable deposit is final once confirmed.

Refund timeline for client cancellations

Cancel more than 60 days before your tour starts and receive a full refund minus your non-refundable deposit. Between 30 and 60 days, you'll receive 50% of the tour cost. Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable.

You're protected if we cancel your tour

If PRORACKETTOURS cancels a tour for any reason, you'll receive a full refund of all payments or can transfer your booking to another PRORACKETTOURS tour at no extra cost.

Transfer your booking or secure travel protection

You can transfer your tour booking to another person at any time. We strongly recommend purchasing valid travel insurance to protect your investment against unforeseen circumstances.
